Our very own Helen recently celebrated her 40th birthday and discovered that it wasn’t too painful after all — she partied like it was her 21st!
A Day of Pampering and Reunions
Helen’s day began with the customary pampering session at a local hair salon, Adam and Eve, where glitter and sparkle were applied to get her celebration-ready. From there, she headed to the Cambusnethan Club to meet with family and friends. Loved ones travelled from as far away as Devon, and friends from both past and present gathered to celebrate this wonderful milestone. The evening was filled with stories and memories of past adventures and celebrations that Helen had shared with them over the years.
Dancing, Photo Booth Fun, and Cherished Memories
Dancing was at the heart of Helen’s celebration, and she was never short of a dancing partner. The photo booth was also a big hit, with an endless queue of guests eager to take home a fun memento. Helen loved seeing all the pictures of her friends enjoying her special day.
A Double Milestone Celebration
It wasn’t just Helen’s special day. Her Nanny Margaret also joined the celebrations, marking her own milestone of 80 years! Seeing both Helen and Margaret celebrating together made for a truly memorable day, filled with love and laughter for all who attended.
