My overall thoughts on Potential Living are that they are a forward-thinking company and put their staff first. Potential Living have helped me grow as a person by achieving new skills and techniques that have benefited me in my work life and personal life i.e. the company have put me through a lot of different training that has benefited me within my role and given me the confidence to achieve a high standard of care and to try new things.”

Nicola is making a career for herself...

“Hi, I’m Nicola and I started with Potential Living in 2017. From the very start, it was a great experience. I hadn’t worked in care before and was given brilliant training to get me started. Someone was always available and the experience really boosted my confidence. I gained my SVQ Level 3 in 2018 and went on to work on the on-call team in 2019. This was a great experience and let me meet even more of our focus people and staff. In 2022 I was given the opportunity to stand in as a Service Manager which led to a promotion as a Service Manager. The company has since supported me to begin my SVQ Level 4 qualification.

Working for Potential Living has been great, they are very supportive and the training that I have been given is second to none. Being a Support Worker was a really fulfilling job and every day is different.”
