Over the next few months, we hope to introduce some of our new staff. Firstly, let me introduce Stephanie Frew, Service Manager.
Steph has been with Potential Living since December 2023 and has fully embraced the role, including covering ROC on call (this picture is in that office).
Delivering High Standard Care
Care service delivery has been a big part of Steph’s working life. She has a 10-year history of providing high-standard care to both the people being supported and her staff teams. When asked, Steph said she is really enjoying her role with Potential Living, and each day, while bringing its own challenges, has been an exciting journey.
On a personal note, Steph is a mother of two who enjoys spending quality time with family, loves being outdoors and visiting different places around Scotland.
