Potential Living will pay £12.50 per hour from 1st April 2024 – this will equate to an increase of 14.68% on the current £10.90 rate.
Response On Call (ROC) uplift will also increase to £1.75 from 1st April 2024 resulting in a minimum hourly rate for ROC staff of £14.25 per hour.
These measures will mean that Potential Living will be paying support staff 4.17% more than the Scottish Living Wage from next April. We also continue to pay a Qualification Bonus of £750 to new and existing staff as well as the “Refer a Friend” scheme for existing staff where they can receive a bonus of up to £250 for recommending someone to the organisation.
