
Potential Living have been recognised by North Lanarkshire Council as a NL Employer Charter Member and we were presented with our plaque to officially mark the occasion.
Commitment to Fair Pay and Staff Wellbeing
The Charter acknowledges Potential Living’s commitment to Fair Pay and, in particular, that all roles within the organisation are paid, at the very least, the Living Wage rate which is currently £12.60 per hour. Other standards include having policies promoting Equality, Diversity, Health and Wellbeing to ensure our staff are supported to reach their full potential.
Supporting the Local Economy
It also acknowledges that the organisation “Buys North Lanarkshire” by using local suppliers and trades wherever possible – further contributing to the North Lanarkshire economy.
