At Potential Living, being person-centred means placing our focus people at the heart of every decision that affects their life and support. It’s about listening, sharing ideas, and encouraging active participation in shaping the support we provide.

A Voice to Be Heard

A wonderful example of person-centred support in action is our very own Shannon.

Shannon is an amazing singer, and we’re proud to have supported her in reaching her goals and showcasing her incredible talent. With our help, she joined musicALL – a vibrant musical programme for aspiring performers.

Singing on Some of Scotland’s Biggest Stages

Thanks to her involvement in musicALL, Shannon now attends sessions every Friday in Glasgow. This has led to some truly exciting experiences… she’s performed at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and is also a proud singer and active member of Celtic Connections!

Confidence, Creativity, and Connection

We’re incredibly proud of Shannon, not only for her amazing singing talent but also for the confidence she brings to every performance. It truly shines through on stage, and she’s always happy to share her experience and tell you all about her day. 😊
