Kirsty (pictured on the left) has been part of the Potential Living team since June 2023, bringing with her seven years of experience in the care sector.
With encouragement from the organisation and support from our Staff Development Co-ordinator, Kirsty (on the right), she is now well on her way to achieving her SVQ Level 3 qualification. This marks a significant step in her personal development and commitment to delivering excellent care.

Kirsty works within our Response On-Call and Peripatetic Service, supporting focus people across different settings. When asked about her role, she shared that she loves seeing people work towards and achieve their goals.
